About Us

Founder Matt Ferguson’s journey into the landscaping realm was sparked by the diversity inherent in landscaping projects. Working alongside a friend fuelled a desire to establish his own business - dedicated to crafting landscapes that embody each client's unique vision.

What began as a humble venture with a single employee in 2020 has since evolved into Ferguson Landscape & Design, now boasting a dedicated and highly qualified team of seven.

Driven by the core values of quality, growth, and authenticity, Matt and his team passionately embrace these principles, ensuring that client needs are not only met but surpassed – from the initial design right through the landscaping process and beyond completion.

Chelsea

Blending coastal charm with modern functionality, our Chelsea project had our team overcoming challenges like restricted access and strict pool regulations to create a stunning outdoor retreat that prioritises ergonomics and aesthetics. The result is a cohesive, serene space where the client can relax and enjoy the coastal ambiance.

Clyde North

A blank canvas turned into a private haven, perfect for entertaining and family fun. With lush greenery, privacy hedging, and soft lighting, the garden creates an extension of this new family home, with ample space for dinner parties and play.

Burwood

Our Burwood project combines modern design with functional landscaping, addressing challenges such as limited space, drainage issues, and a heritage-listed tree. The result is a sleek, inviting outdoor space with granite paving, premium artificial lawn areas and a sunken firepit, all seamlessly integrated for maximum visual impact and function.
